About Us

Mad Muscle was founded in 2020 by Tony Hollar, a physical therapist with 26 years of experience. His passion for exercise, nutrition and wellness was the driving force in the creation of Mad Muscle. Over the years, Tony has tried numerous brands of supplements to help add muscle and improve his overall health. His vision was to create a line of supplements that use the highest quality ingredients and taste amazing but will also save you money over other brands.

What 26 years of clinical practice changes

Spending a career putting bodies back together gives you a particular relationship with a supplement label. You read the panel before the front of the tub, you notice when an amount is missing, and you stop being impressed by a blend with a good name and no numbers behind it.

That is the standard Mad Muscle is built to: name the ingredient, print the amount, and leave out the things that are only there to fill the container. Our whey is 75% protein by weight, with 24 g per serving, cold-processed and ultra-filtered, with digestive enzymes for absorption — and no maltodextrin, fructose or low-cost bulking fillers. Pump lists 5,000 mg of citrulline malate per serving on the label rather than hiding it inside a proprietary blend.

Mad Muscle LLC is based in Whitestown, Indiana, and grew the way a good gym brand should — through the people who actually train. You will find us at West Indy Barbell, and through the coaches who put their name to us.
